Hello there beauty lover welcome back hope you had an awesome week and enjoying the weather as much as I am.
On this post I’ll feature a few looksof the week and makeup do’s that will improve your overall makeup look.
- Drink lots of water; Drinking water at the correct time maximizes the effectiveness on the human body. Take a few glasses in the morning, this helps activate internal organs helping you feel more awake and ready for the day. A few glasses before a meal will help in digestion. Drink water before taking a shower to lower blood pressure and lastly before going to bed to avoid stroke and heart attack. Have a bottle of water close to you to keep it going.
- Moiturize twice daily; I always insist on this, no matter your skin type keep moisturizing wether you use natural moisturizers or chemically induced. Be sure to choose the right moisturizer though. Moiturizing brings your face/body to life making it smooth and radiant
- Try excercizing; This is great epecially if you are looking for a more toned body. Join a gym or work out a home. You will feel more energized and strong.
- Keep your makeup brushes clean; to avoid bacteria spreading all over the face
- Remove makeup before bed; Never sleep with your makeup on however little it is. Keep makeup remover wipes close to your bed just in case you do not have time to visit the shower.
- Be positive; Life can be super hectic at times but try to have a poitive vibe through it all. Its important to believe that everything will be fine at the end of the day. Clear your mind and have hope.
- love yourself; and the skin that you are in. There is no such thing as perfection embrace your flaws for they make you beautiful.
