“You may want God to change the situation, but God wants the situation to change you.” Joel Osteen.
You can rock a nude lip any day, everyday. It’s what we call perfection, very simple and yet so chic and effortless. It can be worn anywhere from a lunch to a party with the girls. Nude lips are for my girls who like everyday no makeup looks they love to look natural but still classy.
Today you’ll learn everything there is to know about choosing the right nude for your lips.
First, Identify your skin shade. Look for a nude that is slightly lighter than your tone but make sure it has a pinkish or pitchy undertone so that the lips look natural. Get a creamy texture they’ll look and be hydrated, stay away from matte nude lipsticks the lips tend to look overdone, the opposite of what we want.
Be Keen on choosing the shades though, find natural light to make sure its not too ashy or too dense. Get the right shade that you can rock anytime without feeling awkward. Test on your wrist to find a shade that blends well with the skin.
I’m big on #mac nude lipsticks #iman and #suziebeauty they are made to fit perfectly with the African skin.
Got an article online that is so detailed thought I’d share with my favourite people.
“What colors look best? If you have a fair complexion, a pinkish nude is a more high fashion shade. It was popular in the 1960’s It’s still a look created today. I’ve seen this look recreated today on actress Michelle Williams. Medium- to-olive complexions should look for honey, peach and nudes with a touch of gold in the base. They look amazing when paired with a brown smoky eye, a look made iconic by Sophia Loren and today by Kim Kardashian. Girls with a dark complexion should look for caramel- colored nudes. When topped off with a clear gloss, the look reminds me of Diana Ross at Studio 54, and today on Naomi Campbell.” – Troy Jensen
Add a touch of clear lip gloss on the center of the lips and a bit of mascara and voila!!!
